Lo-Ammi Richardson is an international speaker, educator, leadership coach, and 2× published author known for blending transformational storytelling with practical leadership principles. His journey from adversity and identity loss to purpose and professional success has inspired audiences across 25+ states and 8+ countries.

Between the ages of 15 and 25, Lo-Ammi battled identity struggles, poor decision-making, juvenile arrests, and the emotional weight of trying to discover purpose while growing up in difficult environments. Everything changed after a youth conference challenged him to rethink his identity, future, and calling.

Since then, Lo-Ammi has become a first-generation college graduate and earned a Master of Arts in Urban Ministry (M.A.U.M.) from Oakwood University, an HBCU. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he has built a platform centered on leadership, faith, emotional resilience, and purpose-driven growth, and has led educational-equity and workforce-development work, including overseeing a federally funded $2.2 million grant supporting rural student success.
